Music: Changed by Bazzi

Bazzi’s COSMIC is a bold exploration of sound and identity, and the closing track, "Changed," perfectly encapsulates the album’s introspective journey. Released in 2018 as the fifteenth and final track on the project, "Changed" blends introspective lyricism with a hypnotic, evolving production that reflects the emotional shifts Bazzi crafts throughout COSMIC. The song’s slow-building energy and layered instrumentation create a sense of transformation, mirroring the themes of reinvention and growth that define the album.

At its core, "Changed" stands out for its raw vulnerability, offering a moment of quiet reflection amid the album’s more dynamic moments. Bazzi’s voice carries a measured intensity, weaving personal narrative with universal resonance as the track unfolds. The production, characterized by its atmospheric textures and subtle rhythmic shifts, enhances the song’s emotional depth, making it a standout closer on an artistically ambitious project.

For listeners drawn to introspective R&B and soul-infused soundscapes, "Changed" offers a poignant conclusion to COSMIC. Its ability to balance introspection with melodic richness makes it a memorable piece in Bazzi’s discography, solidifying its place as a track worth revisiting. Whether exploring the album as a whole or diving into its individual highlights, "Changed" delivers a powerful final note.
