Music: YA YA by Beyoncé

Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter closes with a bold, genre-blending track that perfectly encapsulates the album’s fearless spirit: "Ya Ya." As the 20th and final song on the project, it arrives with the confidence of a showstopper, weaving country twang with Beyoncé’s signature vocal power. The track’s playful yet punchy energy makes it a standout, offering a fresh twist on the artist’s usual sound while staying true to the album’s Western-inspired theme.

Produced with a mix of raw instrumentation and polished production, "Ya Ya" delivers a catchy, upbeat rhythm that’s impossible to ignore. The lyrics lean into a playful, flirtatious tone, with Beyoncé’s delivery effortlessly shifting between playful teasing and effortless charm. While the track doesn’t shy away from its country roots, it remains distinctly Beyoncé—bold, unapologetic, and brimming with personality.

Though not a traditional country anthem, "Ya Ya" fits seamlessly into Cowboy Carter’s eclectic mix, proving the album’s willingness to experiment without losing its core identity. Fans of Beyoncé’s dynamic range will appreciate the track’s infectious groove, while newcomers get a taste of her ability to reinvent herself while staying unmistakably herself. It’s the kind of closer that leaves listeners wanting more—just like the entire album.
